Refund requests for this event must be received before December 1, 2026 at 12:00 am EST.

1. Ticket transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another person at any time before the event begins. Contact Romanian Events through the website’s Contact form or by phone if ticket-holder details need updating. A transfer does not change the ticket quantity, admission category or assigned seats. Each ticket remains valid only for the admission stated on it.

2. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation requests received before the refund deadline are eligible for a refund of the amount paid, including applicable taxes and processing fees. Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded from the start of the twentieth business day before the event date onward, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Tickets purchased after this deadline are subject to the same restriction. You may still transfer your tickets before the event begins. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding Ontario statutory holidays. For this policy, weekend holidays are observed on the next available weekday. Deadlines use Eastern Time. The exact refund deadline is displayed at checkout and included with your ticket.

3. How to request a refund

Submit your request through our Contact form using the email address associated with your purchase. Include your full name and your order reference or Ticket Number. The time we receive your request determines whether it meets the deadline. Refunds are returned through the original payment method.

4. Event cancellation or rescheduling

If Romanian Events cancels the event, purchasers will receive a full refund. If the event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date, and purchasers may request a refund before that date. The ordinary refund cutoff does not apply to these organizer-initiated changes.

5. Payment and ticket delivery

Tickets are issued after payment confirmation. Interac payments must be received within 24 hours of ordering; otherwise, the pending order may be cancelled. Keep your PDF ticket and protect its QR code from unauthorized sharing.

6. Your consumer rights

These terms do not limit any cancellation, refund or other rights provided by applicable law.
